Why aerial studios move
A six-week beginners’ silks course is one purchase and six sessions, with the same people in the room each week. Sell it once, generate every date, and let people book, miss and make up without you rebuilding the spreadsheet.
Beginners shouldn’t be able to book Level 3. Set what a class requires and who can take it, so the wrong booking never happens and you’re not sending the awkward message afterwards.
Six points on the rig means six people, and the seventh joins a waitlist that offers the place the moment someone drops. No overbooking, no rearranging the room at 9am.
Everything to run the studio
Recurring classes and fixed-length courses side by side, each with its own capacity. Students book, cancel and join waitlists in seconds.
Monthly memberships, six-week blocks and class packs — with credits tracked per class type, so a pole pass covers pole and a conditioning pass doesn’t.
Take card and Apple Pay online. Recurring memberships and one-off purchases run themselves — no invoices to chase and nobody paying at the desk.
Cancellation windows, waitlists that auto-fill freed places, and one-tap check-in so you always know who’s on the rig.
Students book, cancel and join waitlists in seconds, on the web or in the app — clean, quick and effortless, so they keep coming back.
Which levels fill, which courses sell out, who’s progressing and who’s drifted — at a glance, so you plan the next term from evidence.

Where we stand
Every serious competitor in this market has been bought by a US private-equity group since 2021. Owners describe the same thing afterwards: the price goes up, the support gets worse, and leaving turns out to be harder than joining. Strong OS is founder-owned, so here is what we will commit to in writing.
Founder-owned, no investors. Nobody upstream is waiting on a return, so nothing is being optimised for a sale in three years.
The price you start on is the price you stay on, for as long as you stay. It does not go up because you grew, added members or filled the room.
If we ever change our pricing, you get a year’s written notice. A price rise only really hurts when the notice is shorter than the time it takes to move — so we made the notice longer than the move.
Members, memberships, class packs and remaining credits, done by us. Where memberships are collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless, mandates transfer in bulk — your members do nothing.
Full export whenever you want it, at no charge, while you are a customer and on the way out. No export fee, no thirty-day window, no leverage.
We do not run a consumer app that sells your members a class at the studio down the road. Your member list is yours.
Questions
Yes — and they can live on the same timetable. Sell a course as one purchase, generate every session in it, and run open drop-in classes alongside with their own capacity and credits.
Yes. Classes can require a level, and only students who have it can book. It saves the awkward message after someone books the wrong thing.
That’s exactly how it works — you set the cap per class, it’s a hard limit, and the waitlist offers a freed place automatically when someone cancels.
Not hard at all. We move your students, memberships, blocks and schedule across and set you up personally, so you’re never starting from a blank page.
Yes — students book, cancel and join waitlists in seconds, on the web or in the app.
You get hands-on onboarding and a real person who answers — not a ticket queue and a help centre.
Completely. Every studio is fully isolated — you only ever see your own students, classes and bookings.
See Strong OS on your own studio’s timetable. Book a quick demo and we’ll show you around.
